Rates are per night and for the entire and exclusive use of the house.
Capacity: 7 guests. Age required of at least one of the guests: 30 years old.
Bedrooms: n.1 groundfloor Green Bedroom with one wedding bed, private bathroom, shower and services, AC and heating. N.1 first floor Light blue bedroom with one wedding bed, one single bed (only on request), private bathroom, tube and services, AC and heating. N.1 first floor Yellow bedroom with one wedding bed, private bathroor, shower and services, AC and heating.
Maximum 2 PETS admitted, with a cost of € 50,00 per animal/per stay (only cats and dogs). They cannot let be left alone in the house or jump on beds and sofas.
Cleaning service: € 150,00 per week. For stays longer than a week, claening change is mandatory, with a cost of € 80,00 each change.
Earlier or later check in/out can be possible only under previous request, with an adding cost of € 15,00.
